The site was easy to navigate and to place an order was quick and easy. There was a problem with the pay system they use, as it would not accept the company credit card. After phoning and talking to a person at the company in Germany to find out where we were going wrong I found an option to pay via Amazon, so I used the card through the amazon website. The goods arrived within a few days and certainly within the expected time

i didn’t realise there was no tax added to the price so i ended up with a huge import tax which overall made it £50 more expensive than i could’ve purchased it elsewhere
