I received only 2 of the 3 boxes I ordered with no explanation from the company. There were no English instructions.
Otherwise, reasonable price, fresh product, nice little free samples, fast shipping. A good experience, but for the missing product.
Waiting to hear back from customer service.
A lot of packaging including packing peanuts.

This was my first time purchasing from Maluma. The site was recommended by a friend. I received my order fast and I could tell it was shipped with so much care. The packaging was perfect and I love the printed inserts. Also, customer service was excellent. I already placed my 2nd order!

Good purchase experience; pricing seemed very reasonable; they also covered faster shipping free of charge - that's excellent! Only feedback is that the customs duty should be included in the price or flagged in advance.

Packaging and delivery service was excellent - we order Holle formula, my one recommendation would be to include English translation with the order it would be very helpful to sleepless new parents :)
