I ordered clean up software which looks great. I tried to download on to my iBook however it would not download. I spoke to someone from Blizhandel on the chat who sent me 2 links to download to a Mac. Again this did not work I sent a email was told the links I had been sent was not for a Mac. I asked for a refund, I was told I could not get a refund. This company has not been helpful at all.

The software does not work so is unuseable. The application cannot even find the data card that other programs (trialled) can. Refund required.

does not help you very much to my way of thinking I was a senior citizen and disabled I wanted a disc to install not a e.mail install.

Not sell products that don’t work in the UK to people in the UK. Honour your duty to reimburse for faulty products.

Very helpful and polite - only aspect I would say could benefit from improvement is the speed of response to a clients request or clarification - if it was an hour or two same day then I don’t think anyone would have a problem but when downloading a product it’s helpful for ongoing advice or a courtesy call to ensure everything has been effected properly otherwise top marks!

A tricky situation with lots of support needed. Very good and willing telephone support Email support was forthcoming too, but understandingly not as instant as the telephone support. Hopefully I will be able to use my software soon, after a pending element of support from Cyberlink

They got the download and backup to me quickly. However the product clearly doesn't work on the latest Apple Mac OS, though it does work on earlier versions. When I tried to raise the issue I found the site was in German with no English translation available.

I've bought several software packages from blitzhandel over the last 5 years. I checked reviews and if it was a scam before my first purchase because of the low prices. Delivery of software by email is very quick and very convenient.

I queried pricing with the site who replied promptly explaining that the difference was due to tax levels in Germany - I followed thair advice and went ahead with the purchase - very happy, good service and product works fine.

1 your websitw is difficult to ust as it uses German anf English in apparently random fashiom 2 Your download does not work thtough Mazolla. 3 Telepone contact is diverted to Email but Wmails are not handled promptly

Purchased 3 year software subscription. Received immediate email confirmation of purchase. 1 hour later received emails with invoice and active activation keys. All went smoothly and is working well. Recommended.
