The poster quality is good, and the prices, reasonable, but the delivery system can leave you frustrated. On the last occasion, I ordered express delivery. I was told it would be delivered between 9 am and 5 pm. I stepped out of the house for 30 minutes, and when I returned the courier had come and gone -- but without even so much as calling me!! Though you have to leave a phone number in order to order the prints. Why, if not so that the courrier can call? Print Prinz should also provide a pick-up option. It would make things easier for a lot of people who live in the vicinity.
