I have purchased from presentation load for many years. In a challenging moment I tried to order the agenda bundle and while I got a receipt I didn’t never ain’t got ability to download. After submitting several contact forms never heard from anybody. I submitted yet another one when I tried it again a week or so later and I still have not heard anything. So I’m very disappointed that presentation load does not care about customers . They not being able to download the present presentation of the templates it kind of a very difficult situation for me. So you’re not dependable. Plus, I even tried to call and was not able to get through to a valid number. It rang but nobody answered.
