Ich habe 6 CD-Regale (je 60 cm Länge) bestellt. Die Montage an die Wand ging sehr einfach und schnell, passende Schrauben und Dübel waren dabei. Als die CDs einsortiert waren, sah man praktisch nichts mehr von den Regalen. Weiße Regale auf weißer Wand. Es wirkt, als würden die CDs an der Wand schweben. Ich bin begeistert, wie ästhetisch, elegant und dekorativ meine CD-Sammlung (360 Stück) an meiner Wohnzimmerwand aussieht. Die Qualität ist sehr gut. Ich bin absolut zufrieden.

Extremely disappointing and the website misleads the consumers. I bought 4 shelves to be installed on a plaster wall. The website specifically mentions that for plaster walls, it is required to buy together with the shelves special plugs, which I did.
As a result, the shelves fell down before even putting any books on them, the wall is damaged and the customer service refuses any return.
Poor customer service, poor quality, and a frankly dishonest website. Stay away from this brand.

Hallo liebes Team,grundsätzlich bin ich sehr zufrieden mit Teebooks und der Ware,dem Versand etc. Aber bei meiner retour dauert es grad doch sehr lang mit der Rücküberweisung des Geldes.
Teebooks verweigert meine Rückzahlung,obwohl ich die Ware nicht mal richtig ausgepackt hatte und es akkurat wieder zurück geschickt habe.
Ein Fall für sie Verbraucherzenteale.

The fixings included in the box and the dowels for plasterboard, available for sale, are an additional service that we provide to our customers. Walls and plasterboards differ in every country and can be of different thickness and so the dowels. To avoid this kind of problem, we strongly recommend our customers to verify the type of wall and choose the suitable fixings before installing the shelves.

Sehr schlechte Qualität. Da das Regal
immer wackelt hab ich mit dem akkuschrauer beim fest ziehen,so lange festgeschraubt dass fast dieSchraube durch das Loch gefressen wurde. Das Regal hält niemals das versprochen Gewicht. Eigentlich wollte ich einen kleinen Blumentopf abstellen aber nun lege da nur die tv Bedingung ab und mehr nicht .
