Highly recommend Platinum dog food to everyone. I'm a fussy dog owner when it comes to dog food, when I was researching what are the top recommended dog foods, I found that most foods that advertise as the best for your dog are often mostly cereals and full of additives and lack in the actual percentage of categories that dogs require for a healthy diet. Platinum has been the best choice I've made for my pooch so far, being a working cocker spaniel, she is sensitive skinned and doesn't require any additions to her craziness. Having suffered with her skin since I picked her up as a pup (now 3yrs old) and trying what I thought was more suitable foods, we haven't had a single flare up with her skin since using Platinum and her coat is finally in much better condition. Her bowel movements are much better also and have been stable since making the change. Which shows me she is getting everything she needs from this food with quality ingredients. Anytime I have contacted them direct they have been promt and professional with their responses, nothing is a issue! Delivery is also spot on, I've been using this food for almost a year now and every time I order its usually delivered within 3 days. All in all, super happy pup who cries at me with excitement for food time and a super happy customer!

Great food, terrible website. Trying to log in (which you are forced to do) with a password reset takes a good hour away from your life. If I could buy this food elsewhere, I would. As it stands I'm thinking of changing dog food brand simply because of the hassle involved in purchasing from this site.
