…they could include a return slip in my order and I wish they could offer free returns within the EU.
Good products, good customer service, I recommend.
But for me, living in Sweden, the return process (with PostNord) was a hassle plus it was expensive and slow. It took app 3 weeks before I got my money back. This is the sole reason I may not buy from them again. Otherwise, I was a happy customer.

They pretend to have the goods in stock, when in fact they will order for the manufacturer or wholesaler after you placed and payed for your order. They state within 6 to 8 working days, but fail to tell you they don't class monday and friday as working days.
Tried contacting them 3 times via email, no response, tried calling them,but they are only open in the morning and when you get through, the machine already tells you they have a backlog and your delivery most likely is going to be late.
Now almost 2 weeks after ordering, they can't even tell me when the goods will arrrive to them , let alone when it will be send out to me. Result, cancelled order, now have to wait for my money to be returned...

Great purchase of my new Haglof goretex jacket
A great selection of high quality products to choose from. Good prices and good sale discounts (30%plus). I particularly like the fact it is part of the trusted shops scheme as you can buy expensive products with confidence knowing the purchase is not a scam. Postage snd drr end deliver excellent. You should point out clearly that returns at at the purchasers expense.

Fast service!
I was surprised m goods came so soon.
One point for approval, the app and mail told us it was delivered to NL via PostNL
But surprise, it came by DHL.....
So no track and trace. We were lucky to be at home..
So that's the only criticism.
But I would and did order again here!!
