I wish …they could include a return slip in my order and I wish they could offer free returns within the EU. Good products, good customer service, I recommend. But for me, living in Sweden, the return process (with PostNord) was a hassle plus it was expensive and slow. It took app 3 weeks before I got my money back. This is the sole reason I may not buy from them again. Otherwise, I was a happy customer.

I ordered first time and had no follow up on when to receive my parcel by email which is normally done. Instead I found a note I my physical mailbox which was about to get lost in publicity papers. Very unsafe and old fashioned. I loved the jacket but returned it as too small. No return label was given so I had to struggle with UPS as a private client. I hope I will be reimbursed. I now bought the jacket in a larger size, but again 10 days gone and no update as to when I will receive it? This leaves me with an unsafe feeling.

Hello and thank you for your review! We're sorry that you haven't received your parcel yet. Your order from 02.01.24 was dispatched by us on 03.01.24 and handed over to DHL. You have also received a shipping confirmation with a tracking link to your email address t********@h*******.**m. According to this, the parcel is still being processed and should be delivered to you in the next few days. Best regards Your SportFits-Team

I ordered first time and had no follow up on when to receive my parcel by email which is normally done. Instead I found a note I my physical mailbox which was about to get lost in publicity papers. Hello and thank you for your review! We are sorry that you were not satisfied with our service. For ecological reasons, we do not consider it sensible to enclose a printed returns label with all parcels if only a fraction of them are used. If required, a label can be conveniently requested and printed via our returns portal on our website. The customer bears the costs for the return, but we will send a €10 voucher for a follow-up order after receipt of the return if something really doesn't fit. This regulation is communicated in many places, e.g. in our FAQ under the returns section. This has proven to be the most sustainable way for us to avoid unnecessary returns without placing an additional burden on the customer. Best regards Your SportFits Team

Did not receive tracking number, but I got the package anyway. Lack of communication, makes customers nervous.

Thank you for your feedback! Normally, all our customers receive a shipping confirmation with tracking by email as soon as the parcel is on its way to you. We regret that you do not seem to have received a shipping confirmation with tracking. According to the outgoing mail server, this was sent by us on 04.12.2023. The costs for returns are covered by the customer, however, we send a 10€ voucher for a follow-up order after receipt of the return, should something really not fit. This regulation is communicated in many places, e.g. under https://sportfits.eu/returns-warranty or https://sportfits.eu/return-costs.
