…they could include a return slip in my order and I wish they could offer free returns within the EU.
Good products, good customer service, I recommend.
But for me, living in Sweden, the return process (with PostNord) was a hassle plus it was expensive and slow. It took app 3 weeks before I got my money back. This is the sole reason I may not buy from them again. Otherwise, I was a happy customer.

They pretend to have the goods in stock, when in fact they will order for the manufacturer or wholesaler after you placed and payed for your order. They state within 6 to 8 working days, but fail to tell you they don't class monday and friday as working days.
Tried contacting them 3 times via email, no response, tried calling them,but they are only open in the morning and when you get through, the machine already tells you they have a backlog and your delivery most likely is going to be late.
Now almost 2 weeks after ordering, they can't even tell me when the goods will arrrive to them , let alone when it will be send out to me. Result, cancelled order, now have to wait for my money to be returned...

I ordered first time and had no follow up on my delivery
I ordered first time and had no follow up on when to receive my parcel by email which is normally done. Instead I found a note I my physical mailbox which was about to get lost in publicity papers. Very unsafe and old fashioned. I loved the jacket but returned it as too small. No return label was given so I had to struggle with UPS as a private client. I hope I will be reimbursed. I now bought the jacket in a larger size, but again 10 days gone and no update as to when I will receive it? This leaves me with an unsafe feeling.

Praticamente impossibile fare il reso. Minimo €21 di spese di spedizione per un prodotto pagato €33........

The costs for returns are covered by the customer, however, we send a 10€ voucher for a follow-up order after receipt of the return, should something really not fit. This regulation is communicated in many places, e.g. under https://sportfits.eu/returns-warranty or https://sportfits.eu/return-costs. This has proven to be the most sustainable way for us to avoid unnecessary returns without placing an additional burden on the customer.

Order date 06/12/2022 - expected delivery date 3-5 days.
Now, 1 weekend later it has not been handed over to DHL for delivery.
