We received your order on Saturday, Dec. 10. Unfortunately, the products you purchased were not in stock and therefore listed with a delivery time of 21 days. This can also be seen in your order confirmation. Since we are aware that international shipments do take longer than domestic ones and that shipping carriers are particularly busy during the Christmas season, the manufacturer of your products kindly worked overtime for us on Monday, Dec. 12 so that you may receive your order before Christmas after all.
Your order was then handed over in full to DHL as early as Dec. 13. Finally, on Dec. 21, the order was delivered. This is a total processing / delivery time of 11 days instead of the initially quoted 21 days.
