I bought 3 items in April 2022 for a very special price. The initial waiting was supposed to be 12 weeks and then moved to 16 weeks. 2 items arrived basically on time however, for the last one, after 6 months of waiting, not even a forecast date was submitted to me. It's not their fault since this is a problem which is impacting every supplier but I would have expected a proactive proposal by them (another similar item/ a refund/ etc.). In the end, after several emails I cancelled my order for the third item and I received a refund immediately from them. For this lack of proactiveness I should rate them with 4 stars but I have to admit that they added to my order an accessory which I had not thought about and I didn?t know it was necessary. Therefore it's back to 5 stars. Even though my experience has not been 100% satisfactory, they are recommended.

Im WebShop angegebene Lieferzeit von ca. 6 Wochen entspricht leider nicht der kurz nach der Bestellung und Bezahlung kommunizierten Lieferzeit von 4 bis 6 Monaten. Das es Lieferengpässe bei Weißer Ware gibt ging schon Anfang 2022 durch die Presse. Der Verweis auf eine entsprechende Kundeninformation von B/S/H wirkt ein halbes Jahr später auch nicht sehr seriös. Die Lieferzeit des Artikels wurde mittlerweile auf 12.-28 Wochen im Webshop geändert.
