Kupiłem program Architect 3D 21, a otrzymałem wersję 20. Od tygodnia piszę e-mail z prośbą o przysłanie poprawnej wersji. Zero reakcji. Kontakt zerowy. Na chwilę obecną, ani programu za kto®y zapłaciłem, ani zwrotu pieniędzy. Porażka !!!!!!

Upon transfer of the licenses, we encountered serious issues: Non-Transferability to Microsoft Purchasing Account: The licenses, contrary to our requirements, could not be assigned to our client's Microsoft Purchasing Account. This limitation made the licenses unusable for our client’s operational needs. Authenticity Concerns: The Polish division of Microsoft raised questions about the authenticity of the activation codes, indicating that they do not appear in their system. This discrepancy poses a substantial legal and financial risk for our client, especially in the event of an audit. Refusal of Licenses by Client: Despite Blitzhandel24's efforts to provide additional documentation, our client, upon consultation with their IT department and management, has refused to accept these licenses due to the aforementioned issues. Zamówiłem licencję (klucz cyfrowy) na antywirusa w poniedziałek. Powinienem go dostać po chwili gdy zapłacę. A dostałem dopiero w środę po mojej interwencji. Wtedy zażądałem faktury na ten produkt. I znów czekam, czekam nie mogę się doczekać otrzymania maila z fakturą. Mija tydzień a cała transakcja jest nie zakończona bo nie mogę się z firmą rozliczyć bez faktury. Tak się pracowało w 20 wieku a wy chyba nie zauważyliście że jest już 21 wiek.

Kupiłem kod. Ale umieścil go i napisane: kod jest niepoprawny

Opis produktu nie był jednoznaczny. MIał odtwarzać Dyski z filmamu 4K a jak się później okazało tylko pliki 4K. Zwrot (rezygnację z zakupu) zgłosiłem godzinę po jego zakupie i mi odmówiono pomimo tego, że piszecie o 15 dniowym terminie zwrotu. Nie jestem zadowolony tak z produktu jak i z Waszego podejścia do klienta. Ja to przeżyję a Wy nadal róbcie klientów w butelkę
