When I write and ask for a quick call from the transporteur, if it is not possible, it would be nice to be informed, through Customer Services.
If it is possible then I expect to be call by "Plazer", before the delivery arrives and not to have a driver ringing on my door at 18:55pm just as I am leaving the house.
