After a two-week delay with no updates, they finally sent the item. Dear customer, on our website we state that the delivery is free to the curb, the driver is not allowed to bring the goods into the house for insurance reasons. The fact that the goods were simply parked and left is of course not in order and not in our interest. The carrier has been asked to comment and the matter has been handled internally. However, this is a case of damage in transit and not the sale of second hand goods, as we only sell new goods.
