Extremely poor service. I even thing its a scam. I ordered a brush that from order to suipposedly shipped took 2 months. They gave me a tracking number that doesnt appear anywhere. When I send them messages they never respond. I would not trust them and I will never buy from them ever again.

I am very sorry that your order has not arrived.
Unfortunately, I cannot find out where the shipment has gone.
The shipment tracking does not provide any further information.
I will therefore refund the purchase price immediately.
