Dear Customer, according to UPS tracking, your order was delivered on the 2th of May. If you need any itmes very fast please chose in the future UPS "Express". You did not paid an extra charge for a fast delivery, your delivery term was only UPS Standard. And I'm sorry to say that UPS did not deliver on Saturday, that's why you got the article on Thursday. Dear Customer according to our records we have received your order on March, 28th, 2019. Due to unknown reason the parcel was returned to our warehouse on March 29th. My parcel has not arrived - well outside stated delivery times. DHL says they've tried to deliver twice - both times stated 2 people were present. I suspect the real reason is the road works here and they wouldn't follow the diversion signs.
Will have nothing to do with this company again.

Used them for a long time, but recently had problems with payment and found customer service a bit lacking. Received order confirmation, but ever a week later, after chasing up my order, it turned out that the payment hadn't gone through (no message to that effect from them though) second attempt also failed. As a result, have lost confidence in them.

Useless customer service. Be aware this is a German company and contacting via phone about a failed delivery I found impossible as no one answered the phone. When you are told your order will not arrive with no given reason it is not acceptable that the only way you can contact the firm is via email. I will not be using this company again

Ink took 1 week + to arrive and was left on my back doorstep on a very rainy day, parceled up in a cardboard box, and the ink cartridge inside did not have any plastic protective wrapping to protect from inclement weather, so I’m not even sure at this point if the ink cartridge will be affected The couriers Delivery label also quoted my personal mobile number - privacy issue Not happy

Order placed Wednesday late evening so processed Thursday, delivered Saturday. Couldn't really be much quicker since the order comes from Germany I reckon that to be fabulous customer service. Since the goods are original manufacturer supplies they will no doubt be great, though I've not tried them as yet.

I paid extra money for a next day UPS delivery only to find out that my order was going to be split into two and take 5 days to arrive because the goods were out of stock even though my money was taken. I contacted customer service and after waiting 10 minutes to speak to someone who was not that interested in my complaint. I will never buy from this company again.

In my opinion I trusted them and called the courier company saying it’s still in mainland Europe... ordered ink cartridges. Received an e-mail 5 days later saying they were unable to deliver, although someone had been in all week - looks from DHL site as if they never left Germany. Still waiting for reply to complaint e-mail and full refund. Would NOT recommend using this website - not convienced they ever had the product.
