All went really well. Suggestion would be to expand the vegetables, grossaries and also add indian fruits like goava, chikku and some seasonal fruits. Sonamasoori 10kgs and 5kgs bags are missing. Lots of veggies like indian round yellow cucumber, drum sticks, ridge guards, bitter guards, etc were missing.
To my surprise, the Bottlegourd I received was not at all fresh, and in a very bad condition. It seems it is more than 1-2 months old and was delivered to us. I have never seen bottle gourd in such a bad condition ever before.
Also to add, while placing the order I specifically mentioned "Please ensure that the items are of good quality, not expired, and the fresh items are really fresh."
This was my first order from you and it really disappointed me. Please let me know what can be done from your side for this inconvenience.
Very very quick delivery even to smaller towns. Happy with the way of delivery too and package.
Only thing I want is more fresh vegetables. If that's possible I would give 5 stars.

It is really unfortunate that you have received the vegetable in a very bad state. We regret for your disappointment over this and take full responsibility for the mistake.
Unfortunately the shipment got a bit delayed and had to remain in the box under warm conditions. This has made the product lose its freshness and got shrunk.
