For an order accepted by December 28th, CK-Model car provided the instruction data for the shipment to DHL electronically by January 4th (I have DHL documentation to prove it). And probably because I sent an email asking for a tracker or any news about my order. If not maybe the order would be still not prepared. That means 6 working days just to have the product available by the courier, while they indicate in the web that product is "available in Stock" and, when placing the order, the message is: "the product can be sent immediately". Then, you need to add the transportation time (hopefully between 5-8 days if I am lucky, let's see!!!!!). And the shopping costs of this shop are not cheap at all. This is not a "local delivery delay" because of Christmas. The delay is coming from preparing the parcel, providing fraudulent info in the website. This year I gave a second chance to this shop, as I have a similar issue 12 months ago. Last year the delay was more than one month, because they sent the product back to Germany, arguing that there was nobody in the delivery address to pick it, what it is totally false, as there are always people at home and, in addition, we have two 24 hours janitors in the building that pick orders. So if you want to make business with a serious shop, definitely LOOK FOR ANOTHER OPTION.
