Der Chardonnay von Lageder sowie der Lagrein von Elena Walch ist immer ein Genuss. Wir sind schon seit einiger Zeit Ihr Kunde. So bestellten wir im Juni wieder einmal unsere Südtiroler Weiß- und Rotweine - je 12 - Flaschen. Beim Auspacken der Kartons stellten wir jedoch fest, dass sich in dem Rotweinkarton (12) Flaschen, 3 Flaschen Chardonnay von Lageder befanden. Wir trinken den Wein selbstverständlich, aber korrekt ist Ihre Lieferung nicht. weil ja schon der Liefertermin mehrmals verschoben wurde.

I placed an order of 58 bottles for a total of €2723.12. Product available, payment made, accepted and confirmed by the site. After a few days without any contact from Mygourmet24 I write asking for information on my order and I receive a reply that the banking institution is still carrying out checks on the payment. After a few more days I write again to ask for updates and they tell me that the product has all been sold in the meantime, it is no longer available and will never be again. I find it scandalous that a shop that accepts payment does not reserve the product ordered and paid for. As a conclusion mygourmet24 is still holding the entire amount despite my messages requesting a refund. Terrible experience, poor professionalism, non-existent customer service. Stay away.
