Von der Bestellung bis zum Erhalt der Ware vergingen nur 3 Tage und das in der Vorweihnachtszeit. Kauf über Klarna war möglich. Die Ware wurde angekündigt und dann auch pünktlich geliefert.

I ordered a scooter for my son and got a confirmation with the order. I even got a confirmation from the DHL that the packet is registered. I waited for a couple of days and nothing happened. That packet didn’t move. I called the hotline of „we love deco“ and asked about it. The answer was, that it is already sent and they are going to contact the DHL. I waited and also didn’t get a reply so I called again and got the same answer. I called a third time and asked where is my packet and the answer was schocking. They don’t have this scooter anymore and they sold me something that they don’t even have in their shop. Wowwwww that’s very professional and this after the third call! So now they want to give me my money back (and by the way, my bank takes 10% on each transaction) even if it gets refunded still the bank has has taken it‘s 10%. I’m so frustrated and sad. I promised my son that his scooter will be here before the weekend (that’s tomorrow), which was already confirmed in the first two phone calls, that the packet will surely arrive before the weekend. Now I don’t have the scooter for my son, I don’t know when I’m getting my money back and I already lost extra 10% for the bank. Thank you so much. I will never buy anything online from your shop again and will never recommend you anywhere!
