Die Qualität der Waren, die ich bisher erhalten habe, ist sehr gut. Ich bestelle dort regelmäßig und bin immer wieder begeistert. Und wenn ein Problem auftritt, dann kümmert sich der Kundenservice schnell und freundlich um das Problem. Ich hatte bisher keine Probleme im Kundenkontakt und kann den Shop deshalb nur weiter empfehlen.

Ich habe das "Slim Phone Case", den passenden magnetischen Cardholder und AirTag Halter bestellt. Als das Case geliefert wurde, ist mir aufgefallen, dass sich die Beschichtung löst und das Case nicht problemlos auf mein iPhone 15Pro passt. Kundenservice geschrieben und Ersatz erhalten. Soweit so gut. Passt allerdings auch nicht und sitzt schief...
Der Cardholder hält nicht ohne den speziellen Magneten von holdit, der wiederum dafür sorgt, dass das Case noch schlechter sitzt.
Auch bei den AirTag Haltern habe ich Probleme, da die AirTags aus den Silikonhüllen einfach rausfallen und nicht mit genügend Spannung gehalten werden.
Deshalb dem Kundenservice nochmal geschrieben und alle Probleme erläutert, allerdings nimmt holdit keine Produkte zurück, da ich aus Gutglauben auf passende Qualität die Verpackung entsorgt habe bevor ich die Produkte testen konnte.
Alles in Allem kann ich stark davon abraten bei holdit zu kaufen.

Für Übergang okay mehr nicht
Habe den Versand mit Fedex ausgesucht, weil dort stand in 1-2 Tagen da. Sendungsverfolgung wurde mir erst drei Tage später zugesendet und das auch nur, weil ich Kontakt aufgenommen habe. Brauchte die Hülle schnell sonst hätte ich den Postversand gewählt. Qualität ist auch solala könnte viel besser sein. Ist eher eine Notlösung bis ich eine schönere und günstigere mit besserer Qualität finde. Leider enttäsucht auch für den Preis hätte ich fast eine von Apple selbst holen könnnen aber naja..

Versand OK aber Produkt geht so
Der Versand hat gut geklappt, mit dem Produkt bin ich trotzdem leider nicht super zufrieden: Das Material fühlt sich weder haptiach noch optisch sehr hochwertig an und die Hülle sammelt Staub wie ein Magnet an. Ich werde die Hülle als Ersatz behalten aber muss jetzt doch noch eine bessere suchen.

We are sorry to hear that the case didn't meet your expectations. Our silicone cases are supposed to be sticky in order to provide a good grip when holding the phone, if you want something similar but without the silicone cover, we can recommend our slim cases with a smooth surface.

Ich habe extra DHL ausgewählt und für Versand gezahlt weil (1-2) Lieferfrist stand. Jetzt ist meine Bestellung 1 Woche her und ich hab meine Hülle leider immer noch nicht bekommen.

Mit recht nur von 3 Seiten fotografiert..das 13er model angepasst. Am aktion button ist ein loch kein knopf wie beim lautstärkeregler…drückt sich unmöglich…Kameras unzureichend geschützt.rückversand zahlt man selbst.

Nach kurzer Zeit bereits defekt...
Leider ist die wunderschöne Handyhülle nach nicht einmal 10 Tagen in Benutzung bereits defekt - der Rand scheint wie gebrochen und sie hat zwei hässliche seitliche Beulen / Knicke (s. Fotos). Das ist bei dem Preis sehr (!) schade und meine Tochter ist sehr enttäuscht.

Superschnelle und zuverlässige Lieferung und Kaufabwicklung. Aber schon am ersten Tag des Einsatzes nach einem „leichten“ Hinfallen an der Ecke beschädigt und damit nicht mehr schön.

Das Case für das iPhone ist leider sehr labberig und auch extrem glatt. Kein vergleich zu meinem Holdit Case für das Mini 13. das Armband hat eine große Beschriftung, hatte ich bei der Bestellung leider nicht gesehen. Außerdem ist am Armband eine kleine einkerbung vorhanden.
Leider habe ich die Verpackungen weg geworfen sonst würde ich beides zurückschicken.

Ich habe für den DHL “schnell” Versand mehr gezahlt mein Packet kam aber trotzdem erst nach 5 Tagen an.
Auch die Hülle kam dreckig und mit einem Fleck an, war aber wenigstens nicht kaputt.
