Dass ich vor ein paar Tagen ziemlich heftig gestürzt war, ist zwar nicht schön - aber gibt sicher die ehrlichste Kundenbewertung, die Holdit sich wünschen kann! :D Die Folie und die Hülle haben mein neues iPhone 15 vor dem allerschlimmsten bewahrt. Mein iPhone hatte nicht einen Kratzer! Und das war mir dann den Kauf neuer Folie und Hülle wert.

Ich habe das "Slim Phone Case", den passenden magnetischen Cardholder und AirTag Halter bestellt. Als das Case geliefert wurde, ist mir aufgefallen, dass sich die Beschichtung löst und das Case nicht problemlos auf mein iPhone 15Pro passt. Kundenservice geschrieben und Ersatz erhalten. Soweit so gut. Passt allerdings auch nicht und sitzt schief... Der Cardholder hält nicht ohne den speziellen Magneten von holdit, der wiederum dafür sorgt, dass das Case noch schlechter sitzt. Auch bei den AirTag Haltern habe ich Probleme, da die AirTags aus den Silikonhüllen einfach rausfallen und nicht mit genügend Spannung gehalten werden. Deshalb dem Kundenservice nochmal geschrieben und alle Probleme erläutert, allerdings nimmt holdit keine Produkte zurück, da ich aus Gutglauben auf passende Qualität die Verpackung entsorgt habe bevor ich die Produkte testen konnte. Alles in Allem kann ich stark davon abraten bei holdit zu kaufen.

Die Magnethülle für das iPhone 15 gefällt mir nicht mehr so gut wie die vorherigen für mein iPhone 6s. Das Material scheint nicht so stabil und die Farbgestaltung ist einfacher. Vorher wurden viele blumige Muster angeboten. Dabei halte ich das System (Hülle + herausnehmbares Handy) für wirklich gut, gerade für den Transport in Taschen. Aber ich nehme an, dass die Nachfrage nachgelassen hat und der Trend zur Silikonhülle geht.

Produkt cool - Versand so lala

Produkt cool, aber trotzdem nur noch 3 Sterne - früher habt ihr nicht Fedex und Hermes für den Versand genutzt… einfacher Postversand hätte es auch getan. Bis heute ist die Hülle nicht da….

Mein Produkt hatte bereits nach einer Woche ein Lochen. Ich möchte mein Produkt reklamieren aber kann hierzu keine Infos auf der Webseite finden, die mich mit dem entsprechenden Kontakt versorgen. Das ist ein schlechter Kund*innen Service

Lasst fexex nichts liefern, die werden euren ruf nur beschmutzen. Meine Lieferung ist immer noch nicht angekommen und ich überleg mir grade einfach über Amazon nochmal eine zu bestellen (die wäre morgen da)

Die Schalter funktionieren nicht

Leider fällt es uns schwer, das Produkt problemlos zurückzuschicken. Zudem müssen wir für die Rücksendung bezahlen. Die Schalter funktionieren nicht richtig und die Hülle ist für das Telefon zu hart.

Die Hülle ist ok, aber kein must have. Finde sie knarzt einfach recht doll, was etwas nervt. Sie ist recht rutschig und fühlt sich nicht an als wäre ist sie ein richtiger Schutz für mein Handy.

Leider liefert Holdit mit Hermes aus. Das Paket hat uns nie erreicht, wie sooft bei Hermes. Schade, dass man den Zusteller nicht wählen kann.

Für Übergang okay mehr nicht

Habe den Versand mit Fedex ausgesucht, weil dort stand in 1-2 Tagen da. Sendungsverfolgung wurde mir erst drei Tage später zugesendet und das auch nur, weil ich Kontakt aufgenommen habe. Brauchte die Hülle schnell sonst hätte ich den Postversand gewählt. Qualität ist auch solala könnte viel besser sein. Ist eher eine Notlösung bis ich eine schönere und günstigere mit besserer Qualität finde. Leider enttäsucht auch für den Preis hätte ich fast eine von Apple selbst holen könnnen aber naja..

Ich liebe die Holdit Hüllen, hab jetzt schon mehrere davon. Preisleistung passt auch ganz gut für die Qualität die man bekommt. Ich wünsche mir nur das die Silikon Hüllen nicht haften würden, also die ziehen so viel Staub an das ist nervig aber villeicht geht es auch nicht anders und ich bin nur pingelig.

We understand that this can be annoying if you don't prefer the sticky surface. The sticky surface is designed to provide a good grip when holding the phone and to give the phone a smooth look. However, if you don't like the silicone case, we recommend trying our slim cases instead. They are similar to the silicone cases but a bit thinner and without the sticky surface. Wallet Case Magnet ist ein sehr gutes Ordnungssystem. Stabil, funktionell einfach gut. Das Mobiltelefon hat einen guten Halt in der Case. Die Karten und Geld in Scheinen snd gut aufgehoben.

Die Handy Hülle kam an und war schon von vorne rein nicht 100% passend für das Handy 2 Tage später hat sich die Hülle aufgelöst und es ist ein Loch entstanden Qualitativ ist die Hülle eine glatte 6
