Your products, prices and service level are all very good. I have one problem, and it has become a big one. My only choice for shipping agent is UPS. In the Czech Republic, where I live, UPS does not provide a time of delivery, only that they will arrive on a given day. Which sometimes happens, sometimes does not. I have on multiple occasions (including my last order, last week) waited at my home for an entire day when I was notified that they would deliver, and they did not show up. They don't call, they don't do anything. I can't manage this. DHL, their subsidiary DPD, PPL, etc., all give a window of one or two hours in which they will arrive, and they consistently do so on time. Only UPS asks that you wait an entire day for them, and they may show up that day. It is not acceptable. I would like to ask you to make an exception for future orders and use an alternative shipping agent. I imagine that I would send you my order via email or some other method and then pay by bank transfer, if your online sales system has no flexibility in this respect. If it's 'UPS or nothing', then I will likely reduce my ordering, despite my high regard for your company otherwise. Thanks for your consideration. Brett Aarons
