My problem is with GLS delivery company that Fermliving used. I was home the entire day but the delivery company said that they could not deliver the package. Now I have to rent a car and drive 20 minutes to get the package!
I paid for delivery when I ordered the product and now I also have to pay to go and get it from parcel shop. I am not happy about this! Again, I am unhappy with delivery company not Fermliving - but I think the company should know because they are using and buyin their service.

Viel zu umständliches Prozedere , weil ichvrklamiert habe dass die Geschenkverpackungen zwar berechnet aber nicht geliefert wurden .

Das Geschirr welches es gratis dazu gab ist jedoch nicht so wertig dir 79,95€ hätten wir lieber von dem Preis des Teppich abgezogen
Der Preis ist daher in Summe deutlich zu hoch

I tried to cancel the purchase shortly after the order. This was not possible. When the product arrived, I tried to return it. I had to pay the costs of return, and ended up with a loss and a headache.

I totally understand your frustration but unfortunately this has been impossible for the last three weeks due to operational changes. This information has been on all our wesbites.
It is also important to say, that most of our customers do appreciate our fast delivery time. This is only possible because our warehouse team work early in the morning so they can close and ship orders as fast as possible.. Some times it is therefor also too late to cancel an order as the order is already packed and ready for pick up in the trailer.
I promise you that we always do our best to cancel orders if the customers ask for this but unfortunately it is not always possible.

Please use a different delivery company for your products. GLS is by far the worst delivery service in Austria.
They don't even show up, they just sent you a message that they went by home and you were not there ( that it is a lie) and then make you to go to some weird shop with terrible open times.
Ferm living products are good but choosing a poor delivery service just kill all the online shopping experience.

Leider ist an der Ware ein Kratzer und die Rücksendekosten sind selbst zu tragen. Da es von Deutschland nach Dänemark geht, ist der Rückversand teuer. Die andere Ware hat eine deutliche Farbabweichung zum Bild auf der Internetseite. Auch hier trage ich die Versandkosten selbst. Insgesamt ein Minusgeschäft für mich als Kundin.

Unfortunately the wrong address has been put in the delivery note and country of destination was wrong. Endless efforts and contacts needed to explain and re-route the parcel to the right destination. Slow movement of shipping / ware house department.
