This is my second time ordering on Pole Online and I have been impressed by the quality of the items! I needed customer support for a small issue with the delivery and the team has been very proactive in solving the problem. I definitely recommend this shop!
Wow, very expensive online shopping experience. First, I paid for the shipping 4.80 EUR (ordering for 170 EUR)... And now I have to pay 3.90 EUR for return label. Which is not even inserted into the package, I have to submit a request to get a return label. I bet it will be just one label, even though my order was divided into 2 packages. So I have to find another bigger box. Feels like an amazing customer service.
Quality of the items was OK, but definitely on the chaper side. It all looks way better on their studio photos. I ordered mesh leggins with cool mesh inserts, size S/M. I am definitely S size, however, these inserts were ridiculously big for me. So they don't care about accurate sizes, even though this clothes should fit perfectly to look good.
Overall, disappointing online shopping experience, please don't charge for shipment and returns, this is not cool.
Schlechte billige China Ware und das für so einen hohen Preis. Rückversand musste ich selber zahlen. Ein mal und nie wieder!

Bessere Größenangaben und Auswahl
Da ihr BH´s verkauft, würden eure Stücke sicherlich mehr Menschen passen, wenn ihr tatsächliche BH Größen überall angibt und man die Unterteile in anderen Größen als das Oberteil erhalten kann. Da nicht jeder mit einer "L" Brust (was auch immer das bedeuten soll) auch ein Unterteil in Größe "L" passt.

Thank you so much for your feedback and suggestions. Shipping companies increased prices incredibly and unfortunately, we had to give up our Free Shipping and Free Return policy in August 2022. To maintain these policies, we would have to raise at least €9 on each product, meaning that customers who bought an item and did not return it had to bear this extra cost. In our opinion, it is not fair practice to share the burden of the general return fee with our customers who want to use the purchased product.
I hope this was self-explanatory. And I hope that shipping companies will not continue their policy of not taking back the prices they increased with the oil crisis, even though oil prices fell.

Ihr habt tolle Sachen in eurem Shop, aber die Artikel die ich erhalten habe, waren zumTeil beschädigt und ich finde es nicht gut, dass man als Käufer die Versand UND Rücksendekosten übernehmen soll :(
