Unfortunately, the after-sales customer support is non-existent. I ordered a "high quality" box with 6 pairs of socks, and received individually wrapped socks with no box at all. Their answer to my email was that they had no boxes in stock and that they would send me one as soon as they have them. It's supposed to be a gift, and I don't even know if I'll get a box on time because nobody is following up on this after a week. It's my first order with Blacksocks, and I'm very disappointed so far. If a product is not in stock, what's the point in sending part of the order without asking the customer if they're okay with this alternative? I'm willing to change my mind if I get a solution on time. Otherwise, I kindly ask you again to send me a prepaid label to return the product and get a refund.
