Der Kundenservice ist freundlich und reagiert in angemessener Zeit (Werktags 2-3 Tage). Die Haustierklappe XL Sur101 ist sehr gut verarbeitet und funktioniert. Die Anleitung allerdings ist dringend zu überarbeiten; wichtige Punkte wie die Extrafunktionen "Modus" werden nicht näher erläutert + ganz wichtig: Es stimmen Angaben nicht. Lt. Anleitung wird nach erfolgreicher Speicherung etwas angezeigt, was tatsächlich nicht angezeigt wird. Wir haben deshalb gedacht, die Speicherung funktioniert nicht richtig. Das hat uns viel Nerven + Zeit gekostet. Viele Informationen muss man sich über YouTube mühsam zusammensuchen. Darum einen Stern Abzug.

Customer Service was extremely helpful to the point that they had only limited knowledge about technical issues with which I was confronted. It was impossible to talk directly with a technician either in the UK. This lack of an option resulted in me having to spend hours on the internet doing research about the "interference" issues (i.e. metal) and the significance of the "range" of the device. It also became clear during my research that there were TWO factors regarding connectability BOTH the range of the device AND the range of my cat's chip. I have had to consult with electricians and this coming week I have engaged an IT specialist to try to verify IF the device is consistently connecting to the chip, unlocking the cat door... So I am forced to keep the door propped open until I have verification that the device is consistent with reading the chip ... for if not, my cat will be in the tunnel and the device will not unlock. It has been an incredibly frustrating experience and is not yet resolved after two months ... The reps did their best but I was not given access to a technician who presumably would have been able to give me guidance. avm
