If you are a first time buyer at this site, my advice as a mom, STAY AWAY. They are a complete fraud despite their very professional looking website. Their customer service is non-existence. If you try to call the NY nbr, it will get disconnected in less than 2 mins. I just received my order, and they have sent me EXPIRED snacks and there were 12 pouches of snacks that were missing in the box. They advertised on their website ALL their products are fresh and expire at least 1 year. This is NOT true, again why I said they are fraud. I have ordered 2 other types of snacks and 2 other type of food, they all expire in March 2024, today is November 30, 2023. I knew this company is bad because I have ordered some formula one time before and it was another terrible experience, but I thought it can't be that bad with snacks, right? Wrong!! The only reason I ordered these snacks here because the other company that I usually get my order from are out of stock in a lot of items I usually get, so I got no choice. I took time to write this review to help other moms because this is very upsetting to know someone would be so careless to send expired food to feed to a child. What kind of person would do that? Are we living in that kind of world now?
