Misleading photos on the website and unsupportive customer service
I purchased a rope expecting the color shown on the website, but the shade of delivered rope was visibly different. Customer service was slow to respond and less than helpful, only offering a return at my own expense. Be cautious of color accuracy and service responsiveness when ordering.

Never received my shoes
I did not received my VTT shoes as the address was my former one. This was m'y mistake but I hoped I could have a call or email or SMS from the shipping company to know where they could have bien stored but NOTHING.
I want to be reembursed.
