Bad experience / Refunds because price too low?
Bad experience! Space Marine 2 was offered at a historical low and ordered in time. Money was taken but no key was provided after hours. Then, some hours later, order was refunded with zero explanation or any excuse - leading to the impression that it was decided later on that price was too low (possibly by accident). If one had run out of keys, a back order would have been normal with keys provided some time later. Look: if one orders at your store, you should be reliable and provide keys immediately. Note that a customer might had ordered a game at a different store and already played the game while Gamersgate kept their customer waiting with no key in the end.
