Unfortunately, we’re not able to directly influence the carrier’s internal delivery decisions once the parcel is handed over. In some cases, DHL may redirect a shipment to a nearby shop due to capacity, routing, or delivery constraints. We’re sorry for the inconvenience this caused and truly appreciate your understanding. Hi, We’re very sorry about the complications with your order and that it did not fully meet your expectations. Regarding the FREITAG bag – each bag is truly one of a kind, and there is no guarantee that one side will be plain. Every piece is unique by design. That said, we completely understand that this can be surprising, and next time we’ll be more than happy to provide additional photos or details on request before shipping. As for the second product, we would like to clarify that we did offer to fully cover all return shipping costs and to refund both the product and the postage once the incorrect item was sent back, especially since the item is no longer in stock. We’re truly sorry that the situation became too inconvenient and that you decided not to proceed with the return.
