Erfahrungen:

I ordered Longevity condensed milk, but received a different brand instead. After contacting Asia Moin, I was told the products were essentially the same and was encouraged to try the alternative. I did, but it wasn't suitable for my needs. Asia Moin agreed to exchange them for what I had ordered. I returned the cans they had sent in error. Since then, despite sending several emails asking when the replacement would be sent, I have received no response and have still not received the cans of I paid for. I'm very disappointed with the customer service. Mistakes can happen, but I expect a retailer to resolve them and communicate with customers, rather than leave them chasing repeatedly without a reply and keeping my money without sending the product!

Laut Verkäufer wurde mein Paket am Montag gepackt. Am Mittwoch wurde es erst versendet. Zustellung war am Freitag. Die TK Waren waren dementsprechend alle hinüber und aufgetaut. Sehr ärgerlich.
