For a company that sells to many Europe countries they will only answer the emails if you talk in german. English speaking should be mandatory to any decent shop that sells internationally in my opinion. Now about the product, it is made of great materials but it does not fit in my car, the back is too tall but not wide enough, the base is more square when it should be rounder at the edges. Talking to their customer support about the problem they didn't want to bother or help in any way, just told me to return the product. This is not the correct answer. Why doesn't it fit in my car ? What seat version do they use to get the dimensions measured ? Do they use the cheapest, base version and not take in account people who may have superior seats or a higher trim level, for example, sporty seats or leather seats. This information is not referred anywhere on their website and they didn't want to answer either. So my rating is 1 star.
