Erfahrungen:

Was mich gestört hat: 1.

After watching a YouTube of the modified LEGO Technic Porsche GT4 e-Performance Race Car 42176 using BuWizz, I decided to buy LEGO Technic Ford F-150 Raptor 42126 so I could try it on both sets. I first installed it on 42176, and the result was amazing. It finally delivered the kind of speed worthy of the Porsche name. Thanks to the clear and well-made instructions, I was able to enjoy rebuilding the model in a completely new way. It felt like getting to build the set twice. The provided app profile was also very helpful. Even though I know nothing about coding, I was able to set everything up and use it without any difficulty. One thing I noticed is that the chassis of 42176 could use some reinforcement, as the original structure seems a bit too weak to fully handle the impressive speed of BuWizz. It would also be great if a future app update made it easier to check the remaining battery level directly within the app.

After purchasing my 2nd Buwizz brick in 2022, I have enjoying many MOC projects, breathing life into each one with Buwizz. After a few months of none use due to family issues, I found my Buwizz 3.0 brick no longer responded and would not charge, which I now realise must have been due to me not placing it in "shelf mode". Also, whilst trying to remove the battery for replacement, the very small PCB connector broke off, and so I thought that was that. However, the Buwizz team repaired my brick free of charge, and then replaced the battery also, where all I needed to pay was the battery replacement charge and postage. I now have my Buwizz 3.0 back and in working order, thanks to Ursa (and the team) for being so understanding, kind and very helpful. The lesson to be learn here is, make sure you put your Buwizz 3.0 brick into shelf mode, if you are not able to use it for a period of time!! Amazing customer support 10/10 !!

I needed a Buwizz 2.0 plastic case replacement - they sent it for free (I just paid for the shipping) and they even included two of them. Fantastic customer service!

Macht weiter so. Gruß Mirco aus Leipzig
