I had a disappointing experience with Coffee Circle and wanted to share it in case it helps others make a more informed decision.
After purchasing a premium kettle from them, I encountered some early issues — slow heating and water that didn’t maintain temperature as expected. I documented the problem with a short video and reached out to their support team, hoping for a straightforward resolution.
Unfortunately, the process that followed was slow and frustrating. Responses often took multiple follow-ups, and it was only after I contacted senior staff that I received any meaningful reply. The communication felt difficult and one-sided, which made an already disappointing product experience more frustrating.
Eventually, I was told via a brief message that their testing found no fault. No further details were shared — just a flat statement that everything was fine. There was no dialogue, no discussion of the evidence I had provided, and no invitation to explore the issue further. It felt more like a decision had been made rather than a problem addressed.
Despite asking them not to return the product during a time I was away, they sent it anyway. It remained outside for a week. When I unpacked it, I found the device visibly damaged — the base was scraped and the temperature dial was peeling — even though the outer packaging was completely intact. It was clear the damage had occurred before it was shipped back to me.
I reported this immediately and shared photos, but the response was a firm denial of any responsibility, with suggestions that I had caused the damage myself. Again, no real investigation — just a refusal to engage.
What made this particularly disappointing was the contrast with their branding, which emphasizes sustainability and responsible practices. Rather than attempting to resolve the issue through a simple video call or a more open conversation, the product was unnecessarily shipped across Europe multiple times. It felt at odds with the values they claim to promote.
In the end, it was the manufacturer — not Coffee Circle — who addressed the issue by offering me a replacement. That gesture stood in stark contrast to the reseller’s approach and is what ultimately resolved the situation.
Based on this experience, I would be cautious about purchasing through Coffee Circle, particularly if you're expecting responsive or flexible customer service in the event something goes wrong.
