Die Bedienung war einfach und die Reservierung verlief reibungslos. Ich war erleichtert, dass keine zusätzlichen Gebühren anfielen. Das japanische Display war nicht optimal, aber das muss verbessert werden.

Improve the possibility to change the language, ie it is not because my country is Switzerland that I "only" speak german. I wanted to change to french but there were no option.
Feedback Regarding My Booking and Refund Experience
Unfortunately, my experience with MartiGO has been disappointing. I booked my flight through Google Flights and was redirected to MartiGO, trusting that there would be reasonable customer support in case of any issues.
When I needed to cancel my ticket, I was told that no refund was possible under any circumstances, even though the flight had not been used. I was also informed that only a date change was allowed, but no suitable dates were available. Additionally, I requested to depart from a different airport, which was also not permitted. As a result, I was left with a ticket that I cannot use, change, or receive any refund for.
What was most frustrating is that no partial refund, tax refund, or alternative solution was offered. I understand fare rules and airline policies, but as a customer, I expected clearer guidance, more flexibility, or at least transparent support when facing this situation.
This experience has caused unnecessary stress and has significantly reduced my trust in using third-party booking platforms in the future. Sadly, I cannot say that I would recommend MartiGO to others based on this experience.

It was a frustrating experience since I was routed by Google Travel while looking at the specific date I.e. 24th March ticket on this web side it was only showing flight timings without date and in good trust I booked the ticket. Upon receiving the email, I noticed it's for June 24. They charged ticketing fees CAD ~25and €35 for cancelation and refund.
