DartsCorner Customer Communication = 0,0
If you have already hired a courier (FedEx) to ship to Germany, and that courier cannot deliver to a Packstation and categorically ignores repeated requests for the tracking number, then the delivery is bound to be delayed time and time again and the delivery will go wrong! Very poor service!
Especially when you falsely present yourself as *DartsCorner.de*, yet all shipments come exclusively from the UK.
Unfortunately, I only realised afterwards that all the legal notice details are registered in the UK.
And in my opinion, this is a deliberate deception of customers and a really dodgy business!
If they’d given me my tracking number, I could at least have redirected it myself to a MyFlexbox collection point. But my repeated requests for this information have simply been ignored.
But that brings us to the next point.
Suddenly, the parcel is no longer being delivered by FedEx, but by Hermes instead.
And because of the first failed delivery attempt, my actual home address has now been entered incorrectly, and the parcel is now floating around somewhere in northern Germany on the Baltic coast – and all because someone can’t be bothered to enter the postcode and town I’ve provided again, but instead types in some random combination of numbers that has absolutely nothing to do with the postcode I gave them. So now another few days will pass before delivery can take place.
But the main thing is that you’re supposed to rate the whole thing, even though you haven’t even received the parcel yet!?
What are you supposed to rate when the delivery has been floating around somewhere for three weeks, just because DartsCorner can’t be bothered to include a tracking number in the shipping notification right from the start. Yes, you get a link to FedEx. But that’s it! Not even in the customer account under ‘My Orders’ is anything specified. It’s not as if I’d ordered as a guest.
And so DartsCorner doesn’t deserve more than 1 star if it fails at the most basic level, namely providing a tracking number in my orders.
As I have a Hermes account, I was notified that I was due to receive a parcel. But when I entered my postcode as the recipient, all I got was – *incorrect details*. And my email enquiry to DartsCorner has still gone unanswered for three days as of now. Customer communication is poor to begin with and it usually takes several days to get a reply. I’ve already had to put up with that to some extent.
But if you want to operate and sell internationally, you have to adapt to international standards! And this is where DartsCorner is simply falling far short.
Conclusion: So this was probably my last order from DartsCorner, if standards remain this abysmal. A shop that presents itself as a professional retailer shouldn’t operate like a hobbyist running a business from their garage. After all, even there you can find more professional suppliers!
