A person named Mike processed the order, confirmed my payment and promised the machine would ship the next day with DHL. I later received a DHL tracking number. It confirmed that DHL had received a package for shipment to the US. The machine never arrived. When I called DHL two weeks after my purchase, they told me the package had been returned to sender. Nobody at Kaffeemike told me about the failed delivery. I only found out because I chased DHL myself. I then contacted Kaffeemike to report the problem and ask whether they would resend the machine or refund me. Over the six days since the seller got the package back, I sent five emails and tried their listed phone number about 30 times. I got no answer at all. As of this writing, I have no machine, no refund and no explanation. I can't tell what is behind this, but I can tell you what it looks like. A seller takes €1,500, mislabels a shipment (intentionally or by accident) and then goes silent. That looks exactly like an online scam. If this is a legitimate business and they simply haven't gotten around to my issue, then it is run by clowns. That is a pathetic way to treat any customer.
