STAY WARNED: Warranty avoidance/ Poor Customer service/ Arguable Product Quality I was gifted a "limited edition" watch which was delivered with a defect. This was replaced and some months later got defect. They claimed the watch must have been hit against a hard surface or fallen down (which never happened) and that the movement was broken. A service charge of 200 euros was made which I paid and got the repaired watch back. A few months later, the watch just stopped. Customer care was contacted and the watch sent for inspection. I reviewed an acceptance email that my watch had been received but the back case was open (how??). Request for more details went unanswered. Inspection was done and was found that a screw under the movement was broken. They claimed to have fixed the watch and are asking for 50 euros service charge, claiming it is not covered by warranty as the back case was found open. No evidence of back case being open was given. I explained I did not open the watch arguing why I would do such clearly knowing that the watch is still under warranty. Either the back case was not torqued down well, or Louis xvi just wants to avoid fixing the watch under warranty. Today 22May 2026, has been a month since the 50 euros was asked for. I am not willing to pay the amount and have not heard from the company since. The company deserves less than 1 star and people should avoid buying from them. Cowboy company some reviews state- Cowboy company it is. I am still waiting to see if they will decide to send the watch back or not.. they have had more than enough time to make right of a wrong the made. UPDATE: 2nd Sept 2026- Louis XVI still holding the watch, almost 6 months. I contacted the company to ask if they are deciding to keep the watch, and they replied saying they are disappointed and surprised at this review, asking me to delete it. I stated deletion will only be if they reposses the item and make a full refund, which I don't see happening anyway, furthermore they have eaten 6 months of the warranty period...and clocking on. Their reply is that the first repair should have cost me €450 but because they discounted and charged 200 instead , I have to pay the remainder 250 🤷🏿 plus the 50, 300 in total to get the watch back. Alternatively, I delete this post and get the watch back without the contested €50 charge fee + a 6 month warranty extension. I am done with the ins and outs so I ask them to confirm their bank details for the deposit, setting the deadline of 24th Aug 2026. This has been ignored, yet all they need to do is confirm bank details. So I have escalated to a legal authority. This post remains and updates will be coming till we get to the end of this. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE.. BEWARE AND KEEP OFF THIS WATCH COMPANY.

Kann Louis XVI Uhren nur empfehlen! Alles sehr hochwertig, die Verarbeitung und auch die Versendung in sehr hochwertigen Verpackungen. Eine Louis XVI Uhr ist immer ein statement. Der Kundendienst einzigartig. Es wird schnell auf ein Problem geantwortet und es wird sofort eine Lösung gefunden. Z.B ich habe sehr starke Handgelenke und häufig sitzen die Uhren sehr stramm bei mir. Ich brauche dann immer Verlängerungssegmente. Das ist bei Louis XVI Uhren kein Problem, kurz angeschrieben und schon werden die Segmente verschickt, ohne Aufpreis! Habe das schon anders erlebt! Kann in allem Louis XVI Uhren nur empfehlen! Wer ein Statement am Handgelenk tragen will und keine Uhr, der ist bei Louis XVI Uhren gebaut richtig.

Bin durch Zufall auf Louis XVI Uhren aufmerksam geworden. Habe mir meine erste Louis Uhr dort bestellt. Wartezeit 3 Tage . Das nenne ich eine sportliche Nummer. Wow wie hochwertig eingepackt. Leider saß das Armband etwas zu stramm. Kundendienst abgeschrieben und siehe da Bach weiteren 3 Tagen kam das Verlängerungssegment an. Ein super Kundendienst! Mm kann den Shop nur weiterempfehlen

Ganz toller Shop! Super Kundendienst sollte es mal Probleme geben und die Uhren von hochwertiger Qualität. Alles sehr hochwertig verarbeitete und hochwertig Versand. Bin immer ganz begeistert wenn ich eine Louis XVI Uhr auspacken darf. In der Regel dauert der Versand ca 3 Tage, vom Bestellvorgang und der Lieferung. Kann ich nur empfehlen
