Horrible HORRIBLE service. I ordered a paddle for our SUP - they never indicated when we could expect to receive the paddle. And then when you finally contact them to say "what's up?", it takes them forever to respond. On top of that, they claimed that I actually received my paddle on June 23rd. However, on June 28th - I received an email stating that the package has been packed and delivered. How could I have received the package on the 23rd if it had not gone out till the 28th? I am super disappointed with their customer service, the lack of professionalism, and the sheer audacity to indicate that I was lying about receiving the package. My recommendation you ask?
