Sehr guter und kulanter Kundenservice. Ich musste meine Bestellung leider stornieren. Da der Artikel bereits im Versand war, riet man mir die Annahme des Paketes zu verweigern um die Rücksendekosten zu sparen. Aufgrund der Inkompetenz der DHL kam es dabei zu erheblichen Komplikationen, sodass das Paket nicht zurück an den Absender ging, sondern in einem Paketzentrum "verschollen" ging. Dennoch erhielt ich umgehend die Erstattung des Kaufbetrags. Daher bewerte ich den Service von diabetieker-bedarf.de als sehr seriös und kundenorientiert. Vielen Dank
The worst online shopping experience I waited one week just for them to send me the goods and if I didn't called their customer service they wouldn't notice my order in the first place they get the worst system to track orders when I called at the first sight they told me that my order not showing in their system which is the worst experience specially when I have been already paid for my order and the customer service at the beginning he lied to me that no one speak English once but I kept talking with him in English and then he also started talking in English he just wasn't interested to provide me the help I need just because I wasn't speaking German.
