Good quality plants - HOWEVER:
Customer service could be better. Although I had asked to be notified re: plants availability, company DIDN'T in 2 cases. Company did notify me of one plant availability ONLY after I saw the plant online and ordered it. This happened on the day my first order was to be shipped, so I paid an extra shipping charge (35 euros+) to ship the plant by itself. As it turned out, it WASN'T the correct plant. I had the option to return the plant. It would have cost another 35+ euros to ship the plant back. Didn't seem worth it to spend nearly 80 euros to recover E34.62. Was offered 50% of purchase price voucher which was NOT applied to my next order (although I was told it was - there is no indication of such on my receipt).
Company also ignored complaints re: shipping contractor (GLS). First shipment spent a few days in Portugal, was sent to Madeira for 2 weeks, then back to Portugal for a week before being sent to the Azores (26 days total). I asked that second order NOT be shipped through GLS. This request was ignored, the plants have now spent 8 days in Portugal. My 3rd order (of a plant the company NEGLECTED to tell me was available) was sent through DHL.
So - other than poor communication, poor customer service, sending me a mis-labeled plant, and ATROCIOUS shipping, things have gone pretty well.
